As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside clients as they process their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and begin building a healthier emotional foundation.
I believe therapy should be a place where individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment.
My hope is that every person who walks through the door feels supported as they explore their experiences and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Throughout my work in the counseling field, I have seen how powerful it can be when people are given the opportunity to explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and support. Healing often begins when individuals feel truly seen and understood.
I am a first-born daughter, sister, wife, and mom of two. I was born and raised in a small rural town in Minnesota, and my roots there shaped my appreciation for connection, community, and authenticity.
Outside of my work as a counselor, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. If I’m not at the lake or going on a long run, you might find me trying new foods, binge-watching a TV series, or listening to a new podcast.
I’m an introvert at heart and love starting the day with a good cup of coffee and a quiet moment reading a book.
I believe therapy works best when it is a partnership. I meet clients where they are so they can express themselves freely without fear of judgment.
Together, we explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns while developing tools that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellbeing.
While I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, I have a particular passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults.
I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University in May 2017.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in both Minnesota and North Dakota.
Therapy should be a safe space where individuals can show up honestly and authentically.
My goal is to help clients discover and live as their true selves.
Therapy is not authority-driven — it is a partnership built on trust and shared exploration.
Creating an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and emotionally secure is foundational to meaningful therapeutic work.
In addition to providing counseling services, I also offer clinical supervision for counselors working toward licensure in Minnesota and North Dakota.
I received my supervision license in both states in 2022 and have been working in the counseling field for over eight years.
I have a passion for providing clinical supervision and consultation that can be tailored to meet the needs of developing clinicians.
